Shipping Information
Upon confirmation of the order, an invoice will be sent to the customer. Once payment transaction is processed successfully, the delivery information will be sent.
The delivery promising time usually depends on the availbility of the product. It takes approximately 1-2 business day for in-stock items, 5 business days for hot items and may take up to 30 days for special ordered items. However, sometimes delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, item shortage, or during busy shipping shcedules.
If the order is to be shipped locally in Hong Kong, our delivery group will shipped the items to the appointed location. In other cases, we may deliver your product via UPS or one of our partnered courier serivice. Customer will be notified if the delivery information changes.
